Terms of Service

Contracting Party & Legal Capacity

The Service is owned and operated exclusively by YEKE GLOBAL LLC (referred to here as "YEKE GLOBAL", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United States. By creating an account, clicking "Subscribe," or accessing any streaming content on the platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you do not have permission to use the Service.

Adults Only: The Service is directed toward children, but the contract is strictly between YEKE GLOBAL and the Parent or Legal Guardian (referred to as "You" or "the Member"). Minors are prohibited from registering an account or executing financial transactions. By subscribing, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor profile users authorized to view content under your account.

UK & EU Statutory Cancellation Waiver

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCCA), consumers ordinarily have a statutory 14-day "cooling-off" period to change their mind and request a full refund.

• By clicking "Subscribe" (or the final confirmation button) and immediately streaming any digital content, you explicitly request immediate performance of this contract.
• You acknowledge that you lose and waive your statutory 14-day cancellation and refund rights as soon as the digital content stream begins.
• This waiver applies to all paid subscription tiers, including monthly and annual plans.

Content Ratings, Controls & Liability Safe Harbor

Content is curated for minors, but you acknowledge that rating systems are subjective. YEKE GLOBAL is not liable for content that you or your child deem subjectively inappropriate, disturbing, or offensive.

• The Service provides automated maturity filters and profile protection PINs as tools, but their configuration is your sole responsibility.
• You agree to actively supervise and manage the viewing habits of any minor profiles under your account.

Stripe Billing Cycle & Cancellation Terms

All paid subscriptions to YEKE GLOBAL are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms regarding payment cycles, renewals, and cancellation procedures.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellations must be submitted through your account settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds or prorated adjustments are not provided for partial billing periods or unused subscription time.
• Stripe stores your payment information securely; YEKE GLOBAL does not have access to your full payment card details.

Video Streaming Quality, Device Performance & Data Optimization

Dynamic Resolution Quality. YEKE GLOBAL streams video content using advanced dynamic adaptive bitrate systems designed to deliver content efficiently based on your hardware, network speed, and device classification. While our library is encoded in high definition, we do not guarantee a fixed streaming resolution (such as 1080p Full HD or 4K) at all times. Actual resolution may fluctuate during playback based on real-time network conditions, device capabilities, and other technical factors.

Device Capping and Data Controls. To maintain system stability, application performance, and network integrity, YEKE GLOBAL reserves the automatic right to cap maximum video rendering resolutions on specific mobile devices, tablets, cellular networks, or web browsers at 720p or 480p Standard Definition. Such caps may be applied dynamically, without prior notice, and may vary by device, network, region, or subscription tier.

No Financial Adjustments. Resolution fluctuations or automated device streaming limits implemented by our systems do not entitle the subscriber to any monthly subscription refunds, partial account credits, or service fee modifications. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your local internet infrastructure and device hardware directly impact visual performance, and that YEKE GLOBAL is not responsible for degradation caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

No Warranty of Continuous Availability. Streaming quality, resolution, and availability are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. YEKE GLOBAL does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or consistently high-definition streaming on any particular device or network.

Artificial Intelligence in Platform Development

AI-Assisted Development. Portions of the YEKE GLOBAL platform's software, including but not limited to its application, website, backend infrastructure, recommendation systems, encoding pipelines, and user interface components, may be developed, optimized, tested, or maintained using artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.

No Effect on Ownership or Licensing. The use of AI-assisted tools in the development of the platform does not affect, diminish, or transfer YEKE GLOBAL's ownership, licensing, or intellectual property rights in the platform, its software, its source code, its architecture, or its content. All such rights remain the exclusive property of YEKE GLOBAL or its licensors.

No Warranty Arising from AI Use. The use of AI-assisted development tools does not constitute a warranty, representation, or guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects. The platform is provided subject to the disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms.

Human Oversight. Notwithstanding the use of AI-assisted tools, YEKE GLOBAL maintains human oversight over the development, deployment, and operation of its platform, and remains responsible for the final functionality and security of its services.

Content Categories & Origin

Content available on YEKE GLOBAL consists of the following categories:

• YEKE GLOBAL Originals — content produced, commissioned, or exclusively owned by YEKE GLOBAL.
• AI-Generated Content — content generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools.
• Licensed Third-Party Content — content licensed from other studios, producers, or rights holders.

Intellectual Property Protection. All content made available on YEKE GLOBAL, regardless of category, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly performed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of YEKE GLOBAL or the relevant rights holder.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer. AI-generated content is produced using automated systems and may not reflect the views, opinions, or editorial standards of YEKE GLOBAL. YEKE GLOBAL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content, and such content does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

No Endorsement. The inclusion of third-party content or AI-generated content on the platform does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between YEKE GLOBAL and any third party, unless expressly stated.

Right to Modify Content Library. YEKE GLOBAL reserves the right to add, remove, reclassify, or modify content within its library at any time, without prior notice, and without entitling subscribers to refunds, credits, or fee adjustments.

AI Transparency & Legal Compliance

YEKE GLOBAL may use artificial intelligence and machine learning tools in the development and operation of its platform, as well as in the production and post-production of certain content, where such use is consistent with applicable law and industry practice. Where required by applicable law, content that constitutes an AI-generated or manipulated depiction of real persons, places, or events in a manner that could be mistaken for authentic will be identified in an appropriate manner. The use of such tools does not affect YEKE GLOBAL's ownership or licensing rights in its content or platform.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

STRICT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YEKE GLOBAL LLC, its managing members, directors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, system downtime, server interruptions, or data breaches resulting from your use of the Service.

• IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF YEKE GLOBAL LLC FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS EXCEED THE EXACT AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DISPUTE.
• The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• YEKE GLOBAL does not guarantee that streaming will be uninterrupted, buffer-free, malware-free, or entirely secure across all global networks.

Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU EXPLICITLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO LITIGATE DISPUTES IN A PUBLIC COURT OF LAW OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT.

• Mandatory Arbitration: Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of your relationship with YEKE GLOBAL shall be resolved exclusively through final, binding, and private digital arbitration rather than a court trial.
• Procedure: The arbitration shall be conducted online by a recognized international arbitration association using the English language. Each party shall bear their own arbitration costs.
• Individual Capacity: You agree that any legal claims against YEKE GLOBAL must be brought purely in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Governing Law & General Provisions

These Terms, along with any external legal challenges brought against YEKE GLOBAL LLC, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in strict accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Severability: If any specific clause or provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by an arbitrator, that specific clause shall be severed, and the remaining terms shall continue to remain in full force and legal effect.

Updates: YEKE GLOBAL reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
